By road
From Gairloch, drive south along the A832 and after Kerrysdale turn right, following the coastline south-west passing villages such as Badachro, Opinan and South Erradale. Pass Gairloch Trekking Centre and follow the road until it ends at the car park. On foot, pass through the gate on the right (not the left gate, which is signposted as Redpoint Farm), walking across the farmland to reach the beach (livestock may be present so please be respectful and follow the Scottish Outdoor Access Code at all times).
The nearest electric vehicle charging station is in Gairloch (12 miles away).
By rail
The nearest train station is Achnasheen (35 miles away)
By bus
Buses are provided locally by services such as Westerbus, DMK Motors and Torridon Private Hire (minibus private taxi service).

This area is home to breeding seabirds (April-September) and seals (harbour seals June-July, grey seals August-December).
